New Appointment Triage System


Effective 1st October 2025, the new NHS GP contract at Plumstead Health Centre is now in place. We kindly ask for patients to submit all appointment requests via an Accurx E-consult. Phone lines are available for patients with disabilities, the elderly and unwell children under 5 years old.
